Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch.
To cancel your order, please email us at sales.seemrat@gmail.com with your order details.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Applicable only for size issues or defective/damaged products.
Mandatory: A clear unboxing video (from package opening to product inspection) must be provided as proof for defective/damaged claims. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Partial returns from an order are allowed.
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
Products without original tags, packaging, or if used/damaged

Share your order ID, reason for return/exchange, and the mandatory unboxing video.
Once verified, we’ll arrange the return pickup.
Exchange:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size/style is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes inspection.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account you provide during the return request.
